Dr. Seema Mehere is currently working as Professor and HOD of Gynaec Dept at Dr. G D Pol foundation’s YMT Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital at Kharghar Navi Mumbai
She did her MS- Stri-roga Prasuti Tantra ( Ayurved Vachaspati) from Tilak Ayurved Mahavidyalaya Pune. Her Specialization includes:
- Ayurvedic Gynecology
- Garbh Sanskar
- Music therapy in pregnancy
- Infertility
- PCOD
Her other achievements and interests include:-
- She is PG and PhD Guide as well.
- She is a BEC member and now TREASURER of Family Planning Association of India , MUMBAI Branch and has conducted and attended several camps in and around Mumbai particularly for women and children.
- Has Conducted laparoscopic TL camps in YMT and have operated on around 623 patients till date
- She has also worked on the use of Shatapushpa in treatment of PCOD i.e Artav –vyapat with the FPAI in 2010.
- She has done Colposcopy training from the FPAI mumbai in March 2016.
- Garbha sanskar, music therapy in pregnancy are her special interests
